A few sessions with them and the pain was much more manageable and is almost gone now. They are great at explaining the treatment in question and any alternatives available. They are also very personable and fun to chat with, which makes my visits always enjoyable.

As well, through physiotherapy, they have helped me to reduce pain and regain overall strength and flexibility.

Nisha (Physiotherapist) is a talented, kind, thorough individual who goes to great lengths to get you the help and support you need. Her positive easy-going attitude makes physiotherapy and Pilates classes seem like fun. I can't say enough good about Physio Elements and have referred my family and friends to the clinic who later thanked me so much
